Bedaquiline
Bedaquiline is a strong oral antibiotic used with other medicines to treat pulmonary multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). It works by blocking ATP synthase to starve the bacteria of energy. It is given under medical supervision, usually for a total of 24 weeks.
