Droperidol
Droperidol (CAS 548-73-2) is a potent butyrophenone derivative functioning as a dopamine (D₂) receptor antagonist. It is clinically used as an intravenous antipsychotic, sedative, and antiemetic for managing acute agitation, postoperative nausea, and pre-anesthetic sedation.
