L-Isoleucine or (2S,3S)-2-Amino-3-methylpentanoic acid is an essential amino acid used as a supplement in sports nutrition. L-Isoleucine is also used as a feed additive to meet the requirements of target animals like Cattle, Chicken, Dog, Horse, Pigs, and fish.
