Rocuronium Bromide
Rocuronium bromide is a fast-acting, non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent . It relaxes skeletal muscles during surgery, helps place a breathing tube (tracheal intubation), and assists with mechanical ventilation.

DEFINITION
Rocuronium Bromide contains NLT 98.0% and NMT 102.0% of rocuronium bromide (C32H53BrN2O4), calculated on anhydrous and 2-propanol-free or acetic acid-free basis.

Organic Impurities: To pass the test by chromatography.
Limit of 2-Propanol: To pass the test by chromatography.
Limit of Acetic Acid: To pass the test by chromatography.

Packaging and Storage: Preserve in tight containers, protected from light and moisture. Store in the freezer. If the article contains acetic acid, store it between 2° and 8°.
